Because prescription medications cannot be resold or reused, our returns policy is designed around safety regulations while keeping cancellations simple.
Prescription medications
Federal and state regulations prohibit the return or reuse of dispensed prescription medications. Once a prescription has shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund.
If your medication arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact support within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Before your order ships
If you cancel before your prescription is dispensed, or if a provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication.
Evaluation fees, where applicable, cover provider time and are non-refundable once a review has been completed.
Cancelling a program
Programs are month to month. Cancel or pause before your next refill date to avoid the following charge. Cancellation requests can be submitted through support@hypergevity.com.
Lab panels
Unused lab kits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a sample has been collected or processed, the panel is non-refundable.
